Ensure you get our emails
Many e-mail and Internet companies are now using programs to block unwanted e-mail, often called spam. Sometimes, however, these programs block e-mail you want to get.
To Ensure You Receive the Content You Requested, Do The Following:
Be sure to add “info@forgeforward.org” to your email white list. Of course, every e-mail system is different, so how to go about doing so varies depending on which one you use. Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours isn’t here, please contact your ISP’s customer service folks for their instructions. (Forward the answer to us, and we might add it!)
GMail
1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick Settings menu.
2. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
3. Select “Create a new filter.”
4. Add @forgeforward.org in the “From” field.
5. Click “Create filter.”
6. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.
7. Click “Create filter.”
yahoo
1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in.
2. Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”
3. Select “Filters” and hit “Add new filters” to enter info@forgeforward.org.
4. Name the filter and add info@forgeforward.org.
5. Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”
6. Save your settings.
Mac mail
Select “Mail” and “Preferences” from the top menu.
In the “Preferences” window, click the “Rules” icon.
Click the “Add Rule” button.
In the “Rules” window, type a name for your rule in the “Description” field.
Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.”
Type @forgeforward.org in the text field beside “Contains.”
Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menus. Click “Ok” to save the rule.
Outlook
1. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select “View all Outlook settings.”
2. When you select it, a drop-down menu will appear. You’ll choose View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
3. Select “Mail” from the settings menu.
4. Choose “Junk email” from the submenu.
5. Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains.”
5. Enter info@forgeforward.org.
6. Choose “Save.”
