This isn’t just an event. This is a movement.
Evangelism without discipleship creates decisions without disciples.
Discipleship without evangelism creates inward-focused believers.
Together, they set ablaze movements that multiply.
“But the word of God continued to spread and multiply.” — Acts 12:24 (BSB)
A Proven Framework
for Lasting Transformation
IGNITE is a movement-building partnership. Every phase builds on the last. Every part is shaped by local leadership and tailored to reach the city. The result? A Gospel movement that multiplies.
Ignite serves local churches through a multi-phase campaign built for lasting impact:
Phase 1:
Equip
What happens: Your people gain confidence and practical tools for everyday gospel conversations, through Life on Purpose Conferences.
- Build believers into Kingdom Laborers
- SEE, STOP, SPEND TIME, SHARE evangelism training
- Regional prayer and unity gatherings
“Our church grew 300% in just three months!”
– Pastor Roger Woods
CrossPath Church, Chattanooga, TN
Phase 2:
Proclaim
What happens: Your church unites with other churches, as equipped believers bring lost people to a city-wide evangelistic Ignite Gathering.
- The IGNITE Gathering unifies the local church community
- A Forge speaker proclaims the gospel in partnership with local church leaders
- There will be an invitation for people to respond, giving their lives fully to Jesus
“I so appreciate your passion to reach lost people.”
– Evangelist Will Graham
Billy Graham Evangelistic Association
Phase 3:
Empower
What happens: New believers join reproducible discipleship groups in your church for spiritual growth, using the Multiplying Movements resource.
- Multiplying Movements small group curriculum
- Small group leader training for discipleship multiplication in local churches
- Systems that integrate new believers into your local churches
“In this day and time we are living in, with a harvest that is so plentiful, I can hardly think of better information to sow into your hearts and minds than Multiplying Movements! The fire of the Gospel needs to spread to all the world and Multiplying Movements is the type of resource to help you do just that!”
– Derek Gaskill

What People Are
Saying about the impact:
READY TO DISCUSS PARTNERING IN YOUR CITY?
Questions?
We’ve Got Answers.
Q: How is IGNITE different from crusades or other evangelism events?
A: Traditional crusades are powerful but often centered around an event. IGNITE integrates what comes before (believer mobilization) and after (discipleship multiplication) into a complete cycle. We’re grateful for the heritage of mass evangelism—IGNITE builds on that foundation by ensuring powerful moments become lasting movements, growing the local church and impacting every sphere of society for Christ.
Q: What happens after the campaign?
A: The goal is ownership transfer, not dependency. By the end of the Ignite campaign, local leadership oversees the discipleship systems, the multiplication pathways, and the regional unity infrastructure. You don’t need ongoing outside support—the movement sustains itself. We’re available for coaching, but you continue to lead locally, experiencing the ongoing and reproducing impact of the campaign.
Q: What does this cost?
A: Partnership models vary based on regional size and scope. We work with each region to develop realistic budgets and funding strategies. Many regions leverage donor partnerships, church contributions, and foundation grants. The discovery conversation explores what is possible for your context. Ultimately, Forge desires to serve the local region and make an Ignite Campaign possible as God is leading.
Q: We've tried regional unity efforts before. What makes this different?
A: IGNITE unites leaders around a shared mission with clear phases, proven resources, and defined outcomes. The framework gives unity purpose—and the partnership provides accountability. When churches have a compelling reason to work together AND tools to execute, unity becomes the natural response of committed leaders. While Ignite Campaigns seek unity in the greater body of Christ, local churches do not have to leave their theological convictions behind to participate.
Q: What role does Forge play vs. local leadership?
A: Local leaders are the tip of the spear to IGNITE campaigns—Forge provides the proven framework, training resources, and strategic guidance in close partnership with local leaders. Everything is done together with local expertise. We bring 40 years of tools so you don’t have to build from scratch, with a heart to “equip and release” rather than “capture and control.”
