Nathan Burd gave an encouraging update from Forge Equipping, Forge’s 12-day intensive discipleship training held annually in South Carolina.
He shared how God moved powerfully—setting people free from bondage, past sins, and unforgiveness. Many students committed to living their lives on purpose for Jesus, whether locally or globally. “God moved powerfully and dynamically,” Nathan said, noting that 13 or 14 students specifically committed to taking the gospel cross-culturally. He emphasized that God is answering prayers and encouraged continued support as students return home and live out what they’ve learned. “Thank you so much for your prayers. Thank you so much for your support. You guys are a blessing.”

Hey Forge family. Thank you so much for your prayers. This is Nathan just calling about Forge Equipping. As many of you know, Forge Equipping is our 12 day intense discipleship training that is held in South Carolina each year.
God did incredible things during our time together. I saw God set people free from bondage and just like past sins and unforgiveness. I saw people commit to living their lives on purpose for Jesus no matter where that is whether it’s here in the United States, or around the world.
Saw 13-14 students commit to taking the gospel cross-culturally. God moved powerfully and dynamically in many ways and just so thankful for your prayers and for all the work that God is doing. He is answering your prayers and please keep praying for those students. The Lord is surely continuing to be at work and that He will continue to support them as they go back to their homes and back to their normal lives and all the changes that go along with that.
