Welcome to Forge Equipping! Get ready to adventure and grow with God. Your journey starts here – utilize this page to walk through the next steps to prepare for Forge Equipping. It is important that each step is completed prior to the start of the program.
Submit YMCA Waiver
Note: Please download and fill out the appropriate liability form for YMCA of the Rockies (above). There is a form for those 18 and older and a form for minors. Please scan or take a picture of your form and send it to info@forgeforward.org on or before June 1st.
COMPLETE CIU FORM
Note: Please download and fill out the liability form for CIU (above). Please scan or take a picture of your form and send it to info@forgeforward.org on or before June 1st.
COMPLETE SPIRITUAL GIFTS TEST
Note: Once you receive your Spiritual Gifts Tests results please send your results to training@ForgeForward.org
Send Your Travel Itinerary
Note: Students who are flying must arrive in training city two hours before official start time on the first day, which is 4PM. Students who are flying into Columbia, South Carolina should plan to fly into Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) on Friday June 9, 2023.
Departure flights can be scheduled for any time on:
- June 21 for those only attending the first portion in Columbia, South Carolina. Departure flight should be booked out of CAE.
- July 1 for those attending Deep Camp. Departure flight should be booked out of DEN.
- July 18 for those attending the Mexico Trip. Departure flight should be booked out of DEN.
If you are planning to ONLY participate in the South Carolina portion of Forge Equipping please plan to schedule your own round trip flights.
If you are planning to attend Deep Camp, and/or the mission trip please plan for a one way flight to CAE and a one way flight to your home (or returning location) from Denver.
The flights that take place during the program will be scheduled by Forge. Forge will be scheduling the flight to Denver for those attending Deep Camp and the flight from Denver to Mexico and back for those attending the mission trip.

The cost of flights from your home to the training and from the training back home ARE NOT included in the price of Forge Equipping, but if you fundraise above and beyond the base price for Forge Equipping, Forge will be able to reimburse you for the cost of these flights.
