Welcome to Forge Equipping! Get ready to adventure and grow with God. Your journey starts here – utilize this page to walk through the next steps to prepare for Forge Equipping. It is important that each step is completed prior to the start of the program.
Note: Please download and fill out the appropriate liability form for YMCA of the Rockies (above). There is a form for those 18 and older and a form for minors. Please scan or take a picture of your form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before June 1st.
Note: Students who are flying must arrive in training city two hours before official start time on the first day, which is 5PM. Departure flights MUST be scheduled to depart no less than two hours after the program end time on the last day (1:00 PM). Students who are flying into Columbia, South Carolina should plan to fly into Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE).
If you are planning to ONLY participate in Forge Equipping (12 Days) please plan to schedule your own round trip flights.
If you are planning to attend Deep Camp, and/or the mission trip please plan for a one way flight to CAE and a one way flight to your home (or returning location) from either Denver (for those attending Deep Camp only) or Mexico City (for those attending the mission trip). In other words plan for a one way flight from your home to Columbia ANd a one way flight from either denver OR Mexico city (depending on what you are participating in). Forge will be scheduling the flight to Denver fro those attending deep camp and the flight from Denver to Mexico for those attending the mission trip.

The cost of flights from your home to the training and from the training back home ARE NOT included in the price of Forge Equipping, but if you fundraise above and beyond the base price for Forge Equipping, Forge will be able to reimburse you for the cost of these flights.
