Get ready to go deep with God. Your journey starts here – utilize this page to walk through the next steps to prepare for Deep Camp. It is important that each step is completed prior to the start of camp. We will be following up with you via email with reminders that will help you through each step.
Submit YMCA Waiver
Note: Please download and fill out the appropriate liability form for YMCA of the Rockies. There is a form for those 18 and older and a form for minors. Please ensure that EVERY member of your group fills out the applicable form. Please print your forms and bring them with you to Deep Camp.
FORGE LIABILITY FORM
Please fill out the medical liability form for Forge. If you are a youth or church group please ensure that EVERY member of your group fills out the form. Families need to only submit one form.
Pay Balance Due
