By God’s grace, hearts have been set on fire and lives on purpose over the last 40 years as Forge Speakers have proclaimed Jesus to more than 3.5 million people in at least 111 nations—over 1.1 million have made life-altering spiritual decisions as a result.
Even our best efforts to quantify God’s work pale in comparison when we consider the immeasurable millions of second, third, and fourth generation lives impacted—people reached with the Good News and ignited by Jesus through the tens of thousands Forge has equipped for evangelism and discipleship as everyday, everywhere Kingdom Laborers.
This Story Is His Story
We have stood in awe amidst heaven-meets-earth occasions when thousands respond in a singular moment, handing their lives over to Jesus. We have been greatly encouraged when believers in all sorts of unique spheres all over the globe have often declared, “We did not know how to reach people this effectively until you equipped us!”
One partnering pastor reported back, “Our church is in a Muslim neighborhood and in the last twenty years we could not win even one Muslim soul. But, as a result of Forge training, we have changed our approach and have now seen Muslims coming to Christ!”
Others who have been trained by Forge have gone on to become leading pioneer missionaries highly respected by their denominations, leaders of some of the most prominent churches in America, and still others are successful business executives utilizing their platforms for the Gospel—and all of these would declare, “God prepared us to do this through Forge.”
One of these executives, an entrepreneur and CEO of seven companies, shared:
“My wife and I are now leading people to Christ wherever we go! We never thought we were qualified or could do this. But God is using us. This will definitively shape how we lead our companies. We believe every CEO should have the chance to go through Forge’s training!”
In varying global contexts, God has allowed us to see people come to Christ and spiritually multiply rather quickly at times. For example, more than 30 Unreached People Groups in Pakistan had no known believers among them before 2020, but now, every single one of these people groups has a body of believers among them. One of these tribal groups even grew from 0% to 28% Christian in just six months!
As we step back and consider the wondrous works of the Lord (Psalm 77:12), this story of Forge is His story. All we did was say ‘yes’ when God called. You will find storehouses of testimony, encouragement, faith, and surrender within these pages.
It is our prayer that as you declare with us, ‘Great are the works of the Lord’ (Psalm 111:2, NIV), you too will continually step into your ‘yes’ to God!

Since Forge began in 1986 as Kingdom Building Ministries, the team has been passionately pursuing the heart-cry of Jesus to meet the world’s greatest need as revealed in Matthew 9:37-38:
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
MISSION

Forge is committed to proclaiming the Good News, calling people to become passionate followers of Jesus, and to raising up more everyday believers as 24/7 Kingdom Laborers who actively love God, love others, and advance the Kingdom every day, everywhere. Jesus declared this mission in Matthew 4:19:
“Jesus called out to them, ‘Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!'”

Just as Jesus went to place proclaiming (Mark 1:38), Forge sends itinerant speakers or evangelists place to place to proclaim the Word of God and call people to make spiritual decisions for Christ. This happens at camps, retreats, chapels, church services, conferences, outreaches, or Forge-organized citywide evangelism and discipleship campaigns.
Just as Jesus practically equipped His disciples (Matthew 4:19, Luke 10:1-24), Forge practically equips people for everyday impact. Just as Jesus launched a movement beyond one life, a model that continued into the early church and beyond (2 Timothy 2:2, Colossians 4:5-6), Forge seeks to empower everyone for ongoing spiritual multiplication through discipleship resources. And just as Jesus has everyone, everywhere on His heart (Matthew 28:19-20, John 3:16, Romans 15:20), Forge aims to impact every sphere of every nation by partnering with local believers (Forge Ambassadors) to further His “Laborership” movement.
We can’t personally reach everyone, everywhere. It’s going to take people of all ages and backgrounds doing what they can with what they have—and God will add the increase! Our world is in desperate need of a generational ripple-effect of more Kingdom Laborers—until revival spreads and everyone, everywhere has heard of Jesus and encountered His love!

FOUNDER
Dwight Robertson serves as the Founding CEO of Forge. In 1986, he responded to God’s call to travel by faith as an itinerant preacher, produce real-world equipping programs, and provide hands-on spiritual development resources for emerging Kingdom Laborers. Dwight has authored a number of books and speaks regularly for a variety of events, helping people discover God’s unique and distinct design for them to daily love God and others in practical and transformational ways. Through his life and ministry, God has shaped innumerable lives into world-changers. Dwight and his wife, Dawn, live in Denver and have two married children and a growing number of grandchildren.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Charlie Marq serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Forge, traveling place to place to preach Jesus, equip believers, and launch reproducible Kingdom initiatives. His ministry has led tens of thousands to Jesus and reached even more across the U.S. and around the globe as everyday people have been empowered to spiritually multiply. Charlie turned down a career as a military officer to follow God’s call, and now his heartbeat is to “preach the Gospel where Christ is not known” (Romans 15:20). He is a former youth pastor, a local church leader, graduate of Colorado Christian University, and an ordained minister of the Gospel. Charlie lives in Colorado along with his wife, Dara, and their children.
